You will recall that you used a round grey dot for your substitute logo, while designing the signs.  To complete the design, and allow us to send you a final proof and invoice, we do need to receive a copy of your logo.
Here are the simple ways to send us your logo.
Sending files in digital form:
Recommended
Vector format files are what we use for the vast majority of our projects. These files are precise mathematical lines to cut, trace, slice, route, and otherwise construct our signage. We can work with the files created in vector drawing programs, without any cleanup on our part (usually). These programs include: Corel, Freehand, Adobe Illustrator and the like. Any vector program able to export an '.eps' file should suffice.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure all fonts used are converted to outlines before saving your file. We work in native Adobe Illustrator files for output, so that is our preferred program, but the others will do as long as they are saved in the Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) format. This avoids a font mismatch or missing text when using your file.  All scaling should be to your liking as we will only adjust sizing proportionally. 

Raster formats such as GIF, BMP, TIFF, PICT, AND JPEG require a 'cleaning up' on our part to put these pieces of art into a vector format. Depending on resolution, size, and color depth of bitmapped raster file sent to us, we may have to incur several hours of clean up to get art in reproducible condition.

Sending files in hardcopy form:
We prefer to have files sent to us in digital format, already cleaned up and ready to be reproduced as is. We can work from flat art as well. Camera ready slicks are preferred, but we can work with anything. Just keep in mind that we can only do so much, if we get bad (ragged) artwork we will clean it up as best we can. It is a good idea to send us the best artwork you can.

If sending flat artwork, do not send originals as artwork used remains part of the file we keep on hand.  ART WORK IS NOT RETURNED.

Be aware!
Samples are posted on the internet for your approval. Sample approvals are required even if you are submitting ready-to-go graphics. It is a good idea to make sure the graphic file transmitted correctly via email. An email message will be sent to you within 24 hours after you place the order with a link to your sample. There is a non-refundable $35.00 fee in the event up-to-3 samples of artwork created by Lettering Specialists, Inc. are rejected or the order is cancelled.
